1. Wholesale Trading Terms

These terms and conditions govern your relationship with HALI SRLS for wholesale purchases. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Order Processing

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all products
  • Order confirmation will be sent within 24 business hours
  • Lead time varies by product and quantity ordered

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms: Net 30 days from invoice date for approved accounts
  • First-time customers: 50% deposit, balance before shipment
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Letter of Credit
  • Late payment may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month

4. Quality Assurance

We guarantee that all products meet industry standards. Quality inspections are conducted before shipment. Any defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns accepted only for defective or damaged goods
  • Return authorization (RA) number required before shipping
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless error by us
  • Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are based on Incoterms 2020. Default term is Ex Works (EXW) Prato, Italy. Other terms available upon request. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of goods. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prato, Italy.
